WELL Building Certification

WELL Logo

WELL Certification is a health architectural certification that places a priority on the health of users.

It is designed to improve the health, mood, sleep patterns, productivity, nutrition, and sleep patterns of residents living in buildings.

To measure the characteristics of buildings that have a significant impact on human health and well-being, the self-developed building performance-based verification system certifies and monitors building health through more than 100 checklists of 10 elements.

Each checklist is designed to address problems that affect the health and well-being of buildings in a variety of ways.
